Terms of use

The rules for using the service. Plain language, but binding.

Last updated 22 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Elemorph is operated by Seid Zunic, Scheuchenstuelgasse 12a, 6020 Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria (“we”). These terms apply to every use of the website and the conversion service. By starting a conversion you accept them.

2. The service

The service converts HTML pages you upload into page templates for the WordPress plugin Elementor, tests them in a WordPress installation and offers the result for download. It is currently free of charge and offered as a beta. You do not need an account.

There is no claim to use the service or to a certain availability. We may change, limit or stop the service at any time, also without notice, for example for maintenance, to fight misuse or if we end the project. We may set limits, for example on file size, number of conversions per day or queue length.

3. Your content

You may only upload content you have the right to use, for example your own pages, pages of clients who asked you to convert them, or templates whose licence allows it. You remain responsible for your content and for how you use the result.

You grant us the non-exclusive right, limited to the purpose and the storage period, to store, process and reproduce your content as far as needed to perform the conversion, the test and the download. We do not acquire any other rights.

As far as you hold the rights to the original, the result belongs to you. Third party parts, for example fonts, scripts, libraries, images or the template you started from, remain under their own licences. The theme package contains base styles of the Hello Elementor theme under GPL 3.0. Elementor and WordPress are third party software under their own licences.

4. What is not allowed

  • uploading illegal content, content that infringes the rights of others, or malware;
  • converting websites of third parties without their permission;
  • attempts to attack, overload, probe or bypass the security or the limits of the service, including automated mass use, scripts and multiple identities;
  • using the service to reach other systems through it;
  • uploading personal data of other people beyond what the page needs.

We may block or delete conversions and exclude users from the service if these terms are broken. Where required by law we inform the competent authorities.

5. Storage and deletion

Uploads, test pages and downloads are deleted automatically 72 hours after the upload. There are no backups. Download what you need and keep your own copies; we cannot restore deleted results. Anyone who has the link to a result can open it until it is deleted, so share it only with people you trust.

6. Results

The conversion is automatic. We show a match score and screenshots so you can judge the result, but we cannot promise that every page converts completely or without errors, or that the result works with every theme, plugin or version of WordPress and Elementor. Check the result before you publish it, ideally on a staging site, and keep a backup of your WordPress site before installing themes.

7. Liability

The service is provided free of charge. We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and without limitation for personal injury. In cases of slight negligence we are not liable, as far as the law permits. This also applies to loss of data, lost profits and indirect damage. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected, in particular those of the Austrian Konsumentenschutzgesetz (KSchG).

8. Reporting illegal content

If you believe that content processed by our service is illegal, report it to [contact email] with:

  • the link to the result or another precise indication of where the content is;
  • an explanation of why you consider it illegal;
  • your name and email address (not required for reports about child sexual abuse material);
  • a statement that you make the report in good faith and that the information is accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt, check the report carefully and quickly, and tell you what we decided. If we remove or restrict content, we inform the person concerned and give our reasons, as far as we can reach them. You can object to our decision by replying to it; we will look at it again. This procedure follows Art. 16 and 17 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for the future, for example when the service changes. The version that applies is the one published here when you start a conversion.

10. Applicable law and court

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain applicable. For businesses, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Innsbruck. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction follows the statutory rules, in Austria § 14 KSchG.

11. Final provisions

If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains valid. Contract language is English. If a German translation is offered, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
